Auto Spare Hub operates a marketplace that allows customers to view and purchase automotive parts listed by approved sellers. We manage the platform experience and may coordinate payments, support, and order communication, while listing accuracy and item availability may depend on participating sellers.

We aim to present accurate product names, photos, specifications, and prices. However, vehicle compatibility, stock levels, and listing details may change, and minor errors can occur.

Customers are responsible for checking part numbers, dimensions, model compatibility, and fitment details before completing a purchase.

All prices displayed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and listing details may change without notice.

An order submitted through the website is treated as an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or place an order on hold if there is a pricing mistake, stock issue, suspected fraud, legal concern, or other operational problem.

We may offer cash on delivery and online card payments. Online payments are intended to be processed securely through PayHere or another authorized payment gateway partner.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment partner to process the transaction for the full order amount and any approved adjustments.

We currently aim for delivery within 1 to 5 business days after seller confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by seller processing, weekends, public holidays, remote locations, weather, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and remain reachable for order confirmation or delivery coordination.

Returns, approved refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Orders may be cancelled only where the order status and operational stage allow it.

You agree not to:

• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website; or
• copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit website content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Spare Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, order delays, listing inaccuracies, or product issues beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

We may suspend accounts, restrict access, update features, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, operational changes, or service improvements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute relating to the website or an order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless another forum is required by law.
