Auto Spare Hub (ASH.LK), operating at ash.lk, is a Sri Lanka-based online retail business dealing in automotive spare parts, components, and accessories. We source vehicle parts by purchasing them directly and physically from suppliers, and resell those parts to customers through our website ash.lk.

All payment transactions on this website are processed exclusively through ash.lk in the name of Auto Spare Hub. There are no third-party seller payments and no marketplace transactions of any kind. Auto Spare Hub is the sole merchant of record in every sale concluded through this website.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing an order through Auto Spare Hub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized business representative, to place an order. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, the confidentiality of your login credentials, and any activity carried out under your account.

We may decline, suspend, or close any account at our discretion where we reasonably believe the account is inaccurate, used in breach of these Terms, or used for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Every product listed on this website is offered for sale by Auto Spare Hub acting as principal and sole merchant. Title, invoicing, refunds, and customer support are handled by Auto Spare Hub alone. The website is not a marketplace, classified service, aggregator, or third-party seller platform, and no customer-to-supplier or customer-to-seller payment relationship exists at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product names, photographs, specifications, and prices. However, product images are for general illustration only, and minor variations in colour, finish, packaging, or revision number may occur between batches.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify part numbers, dimensions, vehicle make, model, year, chassis code, engine code, and any other fitment details before placing an order. Orders placed on the basis of incorrect vehicle information selected by the customer do not qualify for refund, exchange, or replacement.

If you are unsure about compatibility, you must contact us in writing before payment. Compatibility confirmations are valid only when provided by us in writing referencing your specific order; verbal or third-party advice is not binding on Auto Spare Hub.

All prices displayed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, stock availability, and listing details may change at any time without prior notice.

An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase made by the customer and is not a binding contract of sale until Auto Spare Hub has expressly accepted the order and the payment has been successfully captured. We reserve the absolute right to decline, cancel, partially fulfil, or place an order on hold for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock errors, suspected fraud, payment risk, address risk, regulatory concerns, or operational constraints. In any such case, the amount captured for the affected portion of the order will be refunded and no further liability shall arise.

Payments are accepted online through our authorized internet payment gateway partner and settled directly to Auto Spare Hub. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are the lawful holder of the payment instrument and that you authorize Auto Spare Hub and its payment gateway partner to process the full order amount, together with any approved adjustments, fees, or charges.

Auto Spare Hub does not facilitate, hold, escrow, split, or route any payment to any other person, business, or entity. Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute initiated without first contacting our customer support and exhausting our internal resolution process may be contested by Auto Spare Hub and may result in account suspension and recovery of costs.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weekends, public holidays, remote delivery locations, courier capacity, weather, customs, security situations, or any cause outside our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation.

Title and risk in the goods pass to the customer at the moment the goods are handed over to the courier or to any person at the delivery address indicated at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number and for being available to receive the goods. Any loss, damage, or theft after handover at the delivery address is not the responsibility of Auto Spare Hub.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are strictly governed by our Refund Policy. Items sold without an express manufacturer warranty are sold on a final-sale basis and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where the item was delivered damaged in transit or the wrong item was delivered, in each case reported within the time limits set in the Refund Policy. Any return courier charges and reverse-logistics costs are payable by the customer unless Auto Spare Hub is at fault.

Where a product is expressly marked as carrying a manufacturer or supplier warranty, the warranty is provided strictly on the terms, duration, and exclusions specified for that product at the time of sale. Auto Spare Hub does not provide any additional warranty, guarantee, or assurance beyond what is expressly stated. Items sold without an express warranty are sold on an "as is" basis.

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purpose;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, infrastructure, or data;
• interfere with, probe, scan, or test the security or availability of the website;
• resell, scrape, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written consent; or
• use the website in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

All website content, including but not limited to the ASH.LK name, logo, product photography, copy, layout, graphics, software, and database structure, is owned by or licensed to Auto Spare Hub and is protected by Sri Lankan and international intellectual property laws. No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

The website and all products listed are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Spare Hub disclaims all warranties, conditions, or representations, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, vehicle compatibility, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Sri Lanka, Auto Spare Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, loss of data, vehicle downtime, labour costs, towing costs, fitment costs, removal costs, or third-party workshop charges, arising out of or in connection with the website, any product, any order, or any delay.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of Auto Spare Hub to any customer in respect of any order or claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that customer to Auto Spare Hub for the specific item giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Sri Lankan law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Spare Hub, its officers, employees, and partners against any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, your provision of inaccurate information, or any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend accounts, restrict access, change features, revise pricing, withdraw products, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Auto Spare Hub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where the failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, civil unrest, industrial action, government action, currency restrictions, fuel shortages, network or power outages, customs delays, or supplier failure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or any order, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The competent courts of Colombo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, unless a different jurisdiction is mandatorily required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A failure or delay by Auto Spare Hub to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
